General Reminders
How to add a general reminder
- Click the Add Reminder button located on the
Main Menu on the top right side of the Reminders
List.
The General Reminders popup screen will appear.
- Click the dropdown button next to the Reminder Date box to select a
date/time that the reminder is due by.
When the current date/time is eventually later than the reminder date then the
reminder is shown with a yellow alert symbol on the Reminders List.
- Enter the Reminder Note.
- Click Save & Close.

How to edit or dismiss a general reminder
- Double-click the general reminder on the Reminders List to edit.
- Check the Done box.
- Click Save & Close.
How to edit a dismissed general reminder
- From the Main Menu, go to Setup >
Preferences.
- Click the Reminders tab.
- Click the Edit General Reminders button.
