Maintenance
This area is used to setup scheduled maintenance for OH &
S reason, or the benefit of keeping your equipment in top
operating order. For instance your business may rent
out climbing gear, and if were the case, the gear will need to be
checked on a regular basis and records kept of the work carried
out, repairs made and new parts supplied etc.
How to set up a Maintenance Schedule for an Item
- In the Setup Menu select Items
- Select the Item you wish to set up
maintenance for or a maintenance schedule for
- Select Edit
- Select the Maintenance Specific Details
tab and enter the Make, Model, Month/Year
and Serial Number details.
- Also select Metered if your equipment is
serviced on an hourly (hour meter) or kilometre basis
- Select Save & New to set up another Item
- Select Save & Close
- Click Close
(You will also notice that there is a History of
Usage Tab in this module. This is purely for
your visual reference to view specific usage records for
a specific item)
