Do I need to install the software or updates?
No. HirePOS® is a web based app that can be used on any device from anywhere. We only require that you use the Google Chrome web browser, or Safari browser if you wish to take photos on your iPhone via the app.
Will I need to re-enter any data after the trial?
No. The company file used throughout the trial continues on as the 'live' company file. We recommend keeping your setup data as accurate as possible throughout the trial, and when you proceed we can strip out any historical 'test' records such as quotes, bookings, invoices and payments, so that you're ready to go 'live' immediately.
Is HirePOS® suitable for my industry?
HirePOS® is designed for all types of hire rental businesses. There are plenty of preferences, options, and modules available, and document templates can be fully customised to suit your requirements.
How many training sessions will I need?
Shorter sessions allow you to absorb information much more effectively, so we normally allow half hour to an hour maximum for each session. Usually no more than three sessions are required initially, and as users gain proficiency and discover more features then further sessions may be required at a later stage.
Do you charge extra for training and support?
The monthly subscription cost covers all training and support. We don't strictly limit you to any specific number of training sessions. We understand you may be switching over from another system, and we're here to support you and guide you through this transition every step of the way.
Is there a lock in contract?
No. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance (you pay your first month subscription after the 30 day free trial). You can cancel your subscription at any time, but there are no refunds given on the month you have already paid for.
