No. Your trial company file seamlessly transitions into your live system when you subscribe. We recommend entering accurate data during your trial so that you're ready to go live immediately. If needed, we can remove any test records such as quotes, bookings, and invoices before launch.

Most businesses only require 2–3 initial training sessions. Sessions are kept short (30–60 minutes) to maximise learning. As your team becomes more familiar with the system, you can book additional sessions to explore advanced features.

No. HirePOS® subscriptions are paid monthly in advance after your 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime with no lock-in contract. Please note that payments for the current billing month are non-refundable.
